All FOH Positions - Diego's - Downtown Denver

Diego's is completing our team--we are excited for our Spring/Summer season and searching for individuals who have the ability and skills for this busy time of year. We need individuals with creative, confident, and detail-oriented personalities who have a genuine passion for the food and service industry. 

Requirements:
Bartenders
Minimum (2) years bartending experience with an emphasis on bar knowledge (tequilas), craft cocktails, beer, and hand-crafted margaritas.
Capacity to lead a team and maintain service consistency
Ability to multi-task behind the bar in a high volume setting
Full-time position available for lunch, dinner, late-night, and weekends 

Host
Familiarized with OpenTable, outgoing and energetic personality, great presence with the ability to multi-task and greet customers with a smile. Duties include; reservations, answering phones, daily seating chart, and all follow-up reservation calls. 

Busser
Able to greet guests with a smile and introduce our scratch salsa bar, pull plates, and provide refills. Available hours 10:30 am-3pm and 4pm-9pm, Mon-Sun. 

Cocktail Server/Server
Building sales with great customer service skills, personality, and fresh ideas. Working in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Engage, inform, and work efficiently with a focus on quality. Mostly, seekers of excellence!
