* Part-time or full-time availability with flexible schedule, including weekends
* Preferred degree or working toward a degree in baking and pastry arts or have 1+ years verifiable employment in a commercial kitchen
* Follow a recipe and use critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems
* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and all equipment
* Reliable transportation
* Work alone or with limited supervision
* Work well with upper management, strong communication skills
* Decorate special order cakes/cupcakes/cookies
* Spearhead special order program
* Efficient, focused, professional
* Inventory control
* Team player

At a bare minimum, you must be able to prepare:
Scones, muffins, brownies, assorted bars, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, cakes, coffee cake, cheese cake, pies, bread, cookies, biscuits, cornbread, frosting/glazes, bread pudding, tarts
