Parking Garage Attendant - Private Residences - Downtown Denver

Greetings, we are located in the heart of Downtown Denver and are looking for a Part-Time Parking Garage Attendant for Saturdays, Sundays and ALL Major Holidays (4pm-12am)

We're looking for candidates that:

-Have strong customer service skills
-Cheerful, positive, and outgoing personality
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to multitask
-Works well with others
-Clear written communication


Duties include greeting residents and guests, providing resident related services, performing in a consistent manner and providing assistance to the Property Management Organization, completing designated activities, keeping track of parking spaces, preparing clear reports. Keeping the cash drawer balanced at all times.
