A new restaurant in Wheat Ridge is looking for Line Cooks,

Candidates for these positions will need to have experience in a high-volume, fine dining atmosphere.

West 29th is looking for individuals who have: experience in working the line, a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and a great personality.

Our "from scratch" kitchen will need culinary professionals who can take an interest in:
 American cuisine influenced by French flavor profiles and techniques
 Working in a brand new kitchen with all new equipment
 Expanding their green-thumb with our in-house Chef's garden
 Honing their skills in butchery, stocks and sauces
 Taking pride in their plating with high-standards of presentation and
quality control
 Having input into future menu ideas (we feature a seasonal menu)


This is a position that will require punctuality and having a flexible work schedule, predominately working nights.
