Customer Representatives will have:
Previous Call Center, retail or food industry experience (at least 6 months)
Comfortable taking 50-60 inbound phone calls from customers daily
Great customer service skills and mindset
Flexible for different customer situations
Able to help customers resolve issues pertaining to their products
Ability to navigate between multiple computer systems at one time
Proficient with Computers
Must be able to work ANY and all schedules
Able to pass a criminal background and drug screen check
