Part Time Dog Runners are important to the success of our business and when we look to connect a runner with one of our clients, we seek only exceptional candidates. Our runners are serious athletes, many holding or pursuing higher degrees, while others work full time and have flexible hours. They all truly care for animals. This is a part-time opportunity and is ideal for those seeking a supplemental income.

Interested runners must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for an interview:
- You must firstly have a deep love for dogs
- Comfortable with dogs of all sizes (able to handle two large dogs at once)
- Be able to run dogs and have a good time.
- Able to run a minimum of 2-3 x 3 mile sessions daily (marathon, triathlon, track team experience a plus!)
- Must currently be able to run at a least an 8-10 min/mile pace
- Must currently be injury free
- Willing to walk some of our older dogs and younger puppies.
- Weather resilient (Snow, rain, 0 deg F, summer etc)
- Have no criminal record and pass a background check
- Hold U.S. citizenship or legal working documents
- Able to commit at least two days during the following times. Please note that we do not hire runners that see this position as something to do for a few weeks:
- Mondays through Fridays 8 am - 2 pm
- Live between Hampden & I70 in Denver
- Have a reliable vehicle and must be willing to drive to clients.
- Have valid car insurance
- Own a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be very responsible and organized
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to respond to email, text of phone communication in a timely manner.
