SNIAGRAB is THE event to sell ski and snowboards as well as
other winter sports gear in the Rocky Mountain region. Employees that prove
themselves great contributors will be offered the opportunity to stay on at
their store or at one of our other 470 locations.
Primary Job Functions
Customer Service
Customer Service
- Provide
customers with highest level of customer service, emphasizing courteous
and knowledgeable assistance to each and every customer.
- Answer
store phones timely and courteously.
- Understand
and be knowledgeable of how to handle customer complaints.
- Address
asset protection issues that may occur in the department.
Sales
- Accountable
for individual and department sales goals as assigned, as well as units
per transaction, conversion and transactions size in the department(s).
- Be
knowledgeable of merchandise on the floor as well as in stockroom,
including verification of the current selling price of the merchandise. Be
familiar with product manuals. Communicate missed sales opportunities to
Leads/Store Management.
Floor Stock and Display
- Perform
light stocking and department recovery. Assist with ad sets.
- Other
duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Ability
to work well under pressure.
- Ability
to interact enthusiastically with customers.
- Extensive
knowledge of the products being sold in the department.
- Retail
selling experience.
