Kennel Tech - MaxFund No-Kill Animal Shelter - Denver

MaxFund No-Kill Shelter is Hiring a Kennel Tech for the Cat Shelter (720 W. 10th Ave.) 

MaxFund No-Kill Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization that provides animal and rescue services and is seeking a part-time kennel technician. We are looking for someone to work 16 
hours a week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and fill in for vacations or illness as needed.

Kennel Technician's responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing care to the Animals
- Clean Kennels throughout the day
- Shelter Housekeeping Duties i.e. Sweeping/Mopping Floors, Washing Dishes, Laundry, etc.

Qualifications that the candidate MUST have:
- Compassion
- Professionalism
- Ability to perform physical work in a fast paced setting (these positions are labor intensive)
- Attentive (to the animals, your surroundings)
- Proactive
- Motivation
- A love for animals and a heart for rescue
- Must be able to work weekends/holidays
- Must be able to lift 20+ lbs regularly
