We are currently looking for passionate Shift Leaders & Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring in 3 locations (Parker, CO | Castle Rock, CO | Aurora, CO)!The Shift Leader has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific location and maintaining the reputation of the company.
The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.
The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions.
