What you'll be doing:
Assisting specifically within the Customer Care team working to notify merchants via email of updates that occur on their account.
Assist with Customer Experience projects such as updates to email templates, process and procedures, daily reporting, data clean-up, etc.
Must be organized, detail oriented, and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with excellent written communication.
Experience and Skills:
This role is well suited for students with a focus in business management, a strong service ethic, and desire to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is approximately 15-20 hours a week and would be great for someone with an interest in learning how a growing, service based team, runs their daily operations.
