Help Desk Paid Internship Job Description
Job Title: Help Desk Intern
Brief Description: Goodwill’s Help Desk assists in-house computer
and tech issues for the entire company. The intern will field call-in and walk-in
questions and concerns regarding any and all IT problems that arise within
Goodwill Industries of Denver. This position will provide a lot of variety and
tackle many computer based issues.
The intern will also
go through “soft skill” training (which includes customer services,
communication, workplace etiquette, etc.) and digital skills training (which
includes Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office).
