Customer Service - My Back Office - Denver

MBO (My Back Office) is looking to fill a full time customer service positions. 
1761 E. 58th Ave. Suite C, Denver

What we do is facilitate the stressful and often impersonal process families go through while recovering from weather damage to roofs and homes. We are looking for people who can provide knowledgeable and compassionate customer service to home owners throughout the process of working with their insurance and ASAP roofing. 
Suitable candidates would be responsible inbound customer service over the phone, setting appointments with home owners, organizing and scheduling tasks for project managers

Qualifications for these positions would include 
- Fluency in Spanish as well as English
- Good communication skills,
- Reasonable computer and typing skills
- Attention to detail and efficient note taking
- Collection experience preferred but not required

This is a full time (40 hours a week) position and includes paid vacation after 90 days, and opportunity for overtime. 

Compensation is dependent on experience, starting at $10 an hour with bonuses dependent on performance
