Referees at NERF Battlefield - Centennial

Dart Warz has an indoor NERF battlefield and we are looking for referees for the arena!

The referees have one of the most important jobs at Dart Warz. Their primary duty is to enforce our mission statement: Promote honesty, teamwork, and sportsmanship while having FUN! 

Applicants must be: 
-16 and older
-Able to perform excellent guest experience
-Available weeknights, weekends, and holidays
-Must be able to communicate clearly
-Must be able to interact with guests
-Strong and loud voice 
-Ability to speak in front of groups
-Ability to perform rules
-Ability to speak on microphone
-Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

Job responsibilities: 
-Maintain game control
-Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency
-Communicate game rules clearly
-Call dishonesty out on field with motivating appearance 
-Maintain a positive attitude
-Organize chaos
-Assist with opening/closing facility 

This position is part-time, anywhere from 15-30 hours/week.
