We have a scratch kitchen and put a lot of time and effort into creating a great menu that evolves as need be. We're also proud of the extensive beverage program we've designed, which is always introducing new brands to our guests. Our standards are very high for the quality of service and comfortable environment that we provide. 

Our Team Members are the heart of our company. Our goal is to create a family environment for our Team and provide a supportive, welcoming and fun-filled daily experience. While experience is always helpful, we welcome people who don't have restaurant experience. If you're willing to work hard and learn, we're willing to train you. We recognize that everyone needs to start somewhere, and we'd like you to start with us. There is a lot of room for advancement within our company. Many of our Team Members began as Dishwashers, Line Cooks, Servers, Bartenders or Door Staff and have advanced to Managers, General Managers, Sous Chefs and Chefs.

We have eleven locations (7 Taverns, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Chopper's Sports Grill, Cowboy Lounge and The Soiled Dove Underground) with another new "Twisted Mexican" concept opening soon. With so many restaurants/bars, we are always adding new Team Members. You have the opportunity to work at different locations, which adds to your experience. If a position isn't currently available at the first location of your choice, we can let you know which locations have openings.
