Base Coat Nail Salon is looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs and complaints. You'll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person. If you've worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we're willing to train the right applicant.

1+ years' customer service experience preferred.
Answering phones, booking appointments for clients and calling clients to confirm appointments.
Book reservations for individuals and groups as required.
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
Schedule special services, such as spa treatments, when guests inquire
Refer guests to local amenities and venues
Selling appropriate retail to customers leaving
Communicate guests' requests and complaints to the appropriate department
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Friendly phone manner a must
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Cleaning and maintaining salon's appearance
Helping prepare clients and nail technicians for service
Ensuring clients are comfortable, offering beverages and something to read.
