Do you feel that you could not only be an awesome pizza maker, but excel at it and lead others in doing it? Then Shift Lead/Assistant Manager is the position for you. Please be advised - this job is not for the weak of heart! It is fun, exciting and fulfilling but it is one tough and crazy job that will never leave you bored. Some of your job duties will include everything a pizza maker is responsible for but also opening/closing procedures, training, evaluating employees, and much more.

The position requires a leader with an outgoing, friendly and positive demeanor. Must be comfortable in both taking orders from management, as well as delegating tasks and responsibilities to fellow team members.

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated, positive and energetic attitude required
Punctual and able to work 30-40 hours per week
Night, weekend and holiday availability
Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation
Minimum 1.5 years of prior pizza experience

Responsibilities:

Proper training and development of team members
Supervision of team members to ensure operational standards are met
Fully proficient in all aspects of operation with ability to help wherever needed
Effectively delegate duties and assign tasks during shift to ensure shop operations run smoothly
Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
