Baker's Responsibilities include:

• Taking and recording temperatures of dry yeast-raised mix, water and doughs, 
• Weighing and mixing the raw materials according to recipe, 
• Rolling and cutting the dough, hand-making other yeast-raised products, 
• Controlling the temperature and humidity of the proof box,
• Placing products on screens to be placed in the proof box (if applicable) 
• Frying all cake and yeast-raised donuts, 
• Finishing of products, and 
• Stocking the front of the store.

Las responsabilidades incluyen:

• Tomar y anotar las temperaturas de la masa, el agua, y las donas 
• Pesar y amasar los ingredientes de acuerdo a la receta 
• Amasar, extender, y cortar la masa, y preparar a mano otros tipos de pan 
• Controlar la temperatura y la humedad de la camara de leudado (esponjado)
• Poner el producto sobre rejillas para ser introducidas en la camara de leudado (si es necesario) 
• Freir todas las donas- esponjosas o de pastel 
• Decorar los productos, y 
• Reponer la mercaderia en el frente de la tienda.
