Line Cook/Prep/Customer Service - DP Dough - Denver

DP Dough is a very busy late night delivery restaurant in the heart of Capitol Hill.
We are a fast paced short order kitchen seeking full time Line cooks, Prep cooks, and customer service representatives to join our team. We do not have any part time positions open currently so please do not respond to this ad if you are seeking less than 30 hours per week. These are night and weekend positions great for students or people with other jobs.

The applicants we are seeking fit most or all of these qualifications:
-Must have weekend availability
-Preferably have some knowledge of the Denver downtown area
-Have at least two years experience in a restaurant
-Have at least one year customer service experience
-Must be timely and reliable, able to move quickly during rush times
-Must be able to preform some prep tasks or follow a recipe

Customer Service Representatives:
-This position is exclusively for people with weekend night availability.
-Does not require cooking experience, Does require some customer service experience
-Responsible for taking orders over the phone and in store.
-Dedicated to offering an exceptional customer experience.
-Able to keep a calm and easy going attitude towards customers even in high volume hours.
-Has some knowledge of the Denver area and can verify addresses for customers
-rolling dough and ensuring their side work gets completed.

Prep Cooks:
-This is a full time night position
-Prep cooks maintain a clean and orderly restaurant at all times
-Can complete prep list by the end of each shift
-Can follow orders and work from a recipe
-Has strong attention to detail and provides support to line cooks and expo people during high volume hours
-Takes orders over the phone and in store
-Is customer oriented and can complete tasks while providing an exceptional customer experience. 

Line Cooks:
-This is a full time night position, experience in short order kitchen or similar is required.
-Line cooks prepare calzones and get tickets into the oven in a timely manner
-offer support to the expo people and help organize delivery runs and orders as they come out of the oven
-Have good knowledge of menu or able to learn quickly.
-Provide excellent customer service and take orders in store and over the phone.
-Has strong attention to detail and can quickly spot tickets that may contain errors.
-Has some knowledge of the Denver area
-Able to efficiently handle customer incidences, and maintain a calm demeanor even in times of high stress
-Complete small prep tasks or work from a recipe
-has "full store awareness" or is able to maintain an awareness of everything that is going on around them.
