Panera Bread is an upscale, friendly cafe concept featuring freshly baked breads and pastries. We are looking for an energetic individuals to be the right hand to our management teams! Daily store operation responsibilities include cashiering, producing and serving made to order soups, salads & sandwiches as well as specialty espresso beverages, ensuring a clean workplace and providing outstanding customer service. Shift Supervisors will assist management with deploying associates in position, managing breaks, training, and performing occasional administrative duties.
Shift Supervisors enjoy full time hours, benefits, paid vacation, 401K and product discounts. Our flexible hours fit most scheduling needs. This is a long term, year-round position.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year leadership experience.
• A true ownership mentality with training and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills.
• The passion to lead and coach associates to ensure an extraordinary guest experience.
• Restaurant experience a plus!
