Bear Valley Coffee Company is looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES! We can train the right person, so we are looking for the friendly smiles and personalities that our customers will enjoy. Learning every customer and what they drink is what brings them back!

We are a small coffee and ice cream shop tucked away into a great neighborhood. Our business model is to get involved with the community by helping with community events, fundraisers and being a positive role model in the area. We are looking for people with the same values! We will be looking open more locations so if you are looking to own your own shop, this could be a great opportunity.

We are looking to hire either full time or part time, starting pay will depend on experience and schedule availability. We open at 6:30am so you must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Students welcome!

We are in business to be profitable but we try not to take things too serious, we joke and have fun here but we make sure we are diligent about our duties. Our customers enjoy coming to a place where they can relax and enjoy some down time or just get in and out quickly.

Job Description -
- Greet customers with a smile and great attitude
- Ring up customers correctly
- Make drinks consistent to our recipes
- Help maintain inventory lists
- Clean up and restock inventory as needed
- Community interaction like posting on fb and responding to inquiries.
- Help host events and fundraisers.
