M.A.T.C.H. Success Stories

"The M.A.T.C.H program has been an exceptional way for me to further my career goals. Through the resume building workshop and various career workshops, I have been able to explore my talents. I feel this program has given me a competitive edge because of the opportunity it provides to potential employers to hire a new employee on at low risk. My career at the Landmark in resident services is one I truly enjoy. I find passion in getting up and going to work every day, from helping residents, to making my work space a positive environment. The M.A.T.C.H program is an excellent avenue to finding a meaningful career." - Candace White, Youth Participant
