2015 Summer Symposia Series
This is an amazing opportunity for high school students to
learn more about Colorado's democratic process, and develop skills in the areas
of research, interpersonal influence, and networking. Students will participate
in various activities providing them with a deeper understanding of a few key
issues that affect women and girls in Colorado. Through the mini model general
assembly, students will experience being representatives and senators as they
create and pass laws.
Students will have the opportunity to receive awards for participation, including a certificate of participation, scholarships, and laptops.
