Bilingual English/Spanish Cleaning Branch Manager (Denver Metro)

 

Just Cleaning Company is one of the fastest growing Maid Services in the state of Texas. We specialize in Residential House Cleanings in the Denver Metropolitan area. We are Now expanding and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Management Team. NOTE: This job will require you to travel out of state for approximately 3 weeks of training at our primary location in Austin, TX. Please do NOT apply if you are not available to travel for 3 weeks (22 consecutive days). Training & Travel expenses will be paid.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection of residential cleaning team members on a weekly basis
• Ensure assigned homes are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Assist in the training of all new maid hires, ensuring that all team members have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations.
• Supervise cleaning personnel, ensuring they meet with the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain control of dispatch office & clients keys in accordance with company policies & procedures.
• Ensure all team members have cleaning supplies and are equipment ready.
• Ensure that all team members are following Company Dress Code and behavior policies to minimum company standards.
• Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of team members when appropriate.
• Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to Corporate Management.
• Make routine customer visits and directly interact with customers during jobs to assure that customer's job specifications are met.
• Conduct weekly meetings with employees prior to dispatch and assures that proper company procedures are followed at the job site.
Qualifications:

• Must be available on Mon-Sat from 7 am-5 pm minimum
• 2 years minimum of house cleaning or comparable training experience
• 2 years previous supervisory & management experience.
• Verifiable work history with minimum 5 solid references.
• Honest, trustworthy, focused with good personality.
• Bilingual a must (English/Spanish)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be available for on call assignments.
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable vehicle

Compensations:

Annual Salary of $31,200.00
Paid Gas and Cell Phone
Paid Vacation Available
