The Denver Improv is a friendly, fast paced, 325 seat comedy club that hosts 6-8 shows every week.
We are an award winning comedy club that features America's top comedians. Job Openings and Descriptions:

BOX OFFICE: Telemarketing / Ticket Sales
Great position for outgoing, friendly, organized, self-motivated individual not afraid to pick up the phone. This position sets our guests' experience, and it begins for YOU!
THIS IS A SALES JOB.
Duties for this position include professional interactions with our customers over the phone as well as in person.
REQUIREMENTS: Professional customer service and telephone skills, able to meet and exceed set goals, reliable and trustworthy, reliable transportation to and from work, cash handling experience, some computer knowledge a plus.

DOOR PERSON: As a doorperson, you will be scheduled 2-4 evenings a week from Wed-Sun. This is a customer service representative position. Door people are expected to be the eyes and ears of the comedy club. Duties include but are not limited to: Checking ID's, greeting customers, seating guests, some crowd control to ensure the safety of the club, its staff and patrons. Additional duties include, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, food running etc. . . We aren't the kind of place that has too many problems, so we aren't looking specifically for "bouncer" types. However, you should be cool under pressure and feel comfortable with those aspects of the job in the situations that call for it.
Door experience helpful but not required. People skills and general customer service experience strongly recommended.
