Barista - Pig Train Specialty Coffee - Union Station - Denver

We're looking for exceptional people to work in a fast paced, specialty coffee shop located in Denver Union Station. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. Our Barista Training Program will take new hires with some, little, or no experience, and introduce them to our culture, recipes, and techniques.

Our hiring decisions will be driven primarily by the following:
- One year experience required and latte art a plus.
- Exceptional Personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced cafe
- Great consistency
- You must love coffee!
- Must be 18 or older 

Candidates for the positions are expected to:
- Welcoming each guest warmly and with enthusiasm
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by cheerfully interacting with all guests and clearly communicating product knowledge and information.
- Help to build the company every day with a positive attitude and an uncompromising eye for quality and teamwork
- Maintain and contributing to a safe and respectful working environment by using proper food handling skills and following workplace safety guidelines
- Enjoy working in a team environment
