Baristas - Dazbog Coffee - Aurora

Dazbog Coffee @ UCH has three locations in the University of Colorado Hospital & Research Center near I-225 and East Colfax Av. in Aurora and we are looking for great Baristas.

What are we looking for in a Dazbog Barista?

We are looking for few full time and/or part time team players that can offer every customer the best customer service and the highest quality Dazbog Experience. If you are an enthusiastic Barista that can prepare the highest quality hand crafted beverages at one of our specialty coffee shops, then look no further. We are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for Legendary Customer Service and our passion for preparing the highest quality beverages. Our Party Members and their commitment to customer service is what sets us apart from other coffee houses. We believe in empowering you to make great decisions and to take care of your customers' every day. The ideal Barista is motivated, outgoing and committed to providing Legendary Customer Service every day. Plus, Dazbog Baristas are enthusiastic about producing excellent specialty coffee beverages while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

* Delivers Legendary Customer Service to all customers that enter our stores.
* Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and other products.
* Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
* Ability to work any shift. We are hiring part time and full time Baristas for am, pm and night shifts.
* Ability to maintain the store clean and fresh.
* Coffee and Tea tastings are a must. You will be required to taste coffee and/or tea daily.

Qualifications Needed:

* Experience in coffee and espresso service. High volume experience helpful, but not mandatory
* Customer service focused and solution oriented
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
* Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong communication skills - You will be working with and expected to converse with customers. If you are shy, this is not the position for you
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs, including days, nights and weekends. This location will be open late so we need flexibility with your schedule.
* Dazbog Barista Cetificate Training required to all new hires.
