Team Members (Red Shirts): Red Shirts play just as important of a role in Five Guys operations as any Manager does. Red Shirts are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant. The goal for all Five Guys Red Shirts is to receive their weekly bonus by serving perfect food, maintaining a perfectly clean store and by giving the best customer service.
