Smashburger Management responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Maintain high food quality and attractive food appearance in compliance with Smashburger requirements and standards.
Review and analyze financial data daily to achieve labor and food cost goals per shift.
Maintain records including daily prep and line checks, temperature charts and labor goals.
Report to the Multi Unit Operators and Owners.

Job requirements;
Have previous shift lead experience.
Must have sense of urgency, enjoy fast paced environment, and possess exceptional guest service focus.
Proven ability to drive sales and guest service initiatives by motivating and leading team members.
Proven ability to help train, and develop team members.
