Towne Park is looking for valet supervisors to coordinate the service experience for guests while working alongside our site managers. The Valet Supervisor will ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service to our guests at both our hotel and healthcare facilities. As the shift leader, you will be responsible for all of the Valets on shift. You may be required to handle critical issues and make timely judgement calls to best assist our clients and our guests. To be a successful Supervisor at Towne Park, you must possess strong leadership qualities allowing for timely delegation of tasks, and efficient management responsibilities amongst your teams. Valid driver's license is required.
