The Health Care Pre-Apprenticeship Program (HCPA) is a three-week training aimed toward jump-starting your health career! Training includes individualized coaching and courses such as 21st Century Skills and Intro to Health Care Culture.

Hands On: Cadaver Lab, Animal Research Facility, Long Term Care Facility, Hospital Tour, Simulation Lab
Professional Development: Resume, Workplace Ethics, Networking, Time Management, Conflict Resolution
Certifications: BLS, First Aid, BBP, HIPAA, Servsafe, Mental Health First Aid
Incentives: Transportation Assistance, Tools for the Trade
Connection Employment and/or Education: Long Term Care, Local Hospital Systems
Pathways of our Alumni: EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Dental Hygienist
