The Youth Employment Academy is hosting a Customer Service Academy!
What you will get:
¨ 48 hours of interactive, hands-on customer service education.
¨ Transportation assistance.
¨ A nationally recognized certificate in customer service from the National Retail Federation (upon successful completion).
¨ A $200 stipend (with completion and no absences)
¨ Access to DHA’s Education and Employment Services for job placement assistance.
