Subway is now hiring a Store Manager for a location in Denver. All candidates should have relevant recent QSR store management experience and able to demonstrate a high level of organization. Subway Store Management experience is preferred. Store Managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations including but not limited to hiring/training/scheduling and releasing employees, enforcing company policy, maintaining consistently low food and labor costs per books, maximizing store sales, deliveries and weekly inventory, daily paperwork and daily deposits/change orders to the bank, marketing and promotional window changes, maintaining excellent customer service and service speeds, ensuring all store operational hours are met, store organization and cleanliness levels, sandwich making and food prep while following Subway's strict standards for food safety, cleanliness and customer service. Further, Managers are expected to handle any day to day operational problems which may arise keeping in mind that the decisions made must be in the best interests of the company and the franchise owners. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but is intended to give an overview of the position. Your duties are important to the franchise's success and if performed well will lead to growth within the company. This is a "hands on" Management position.
