BOH Line Cook Position (Denver)

The Berkshire is hiring for BOH line cook positions. We are an American restaurant with a large focus on Swine. The Berk' is a well established restaurant that is continuing to grow and increase in volume as our community expands.

The ideal candidate must have:
-A passion for food
-Experience working in a high volume/fast paced restaurant.
-Familiarity with from scratch cooking
-Proficiency in different cooking techniques
-Well established knife skills.
