MAD Greens- Full Time, Catering Specialist (Lakewood)

 

MAD Greens is looking for a reliable, charismatic, and friendly Catering Distribution Specialist (CDS) for one of our fast-paced restaurants in the Denver Metro Area. This position is full time and can pay $12+/hr.

The CDS will be a driving force for MAD Greens catering. They will work closely with the Regional Catering Division as well as the restaurant General Manager and team members. Above all else the CDS's job is to get catering and grow sales!!

Duties:
Production, delivery and execution of catering orders in a timely manner
Set up MAD Greens catering according to required specifications
Manage the existing customer base with excellent guest service and follow up with phone calls and thank you notes.
Generate leads and grow catering sales by canvassing office buildings within the trade area
Be a store leader and advocate for MAD Greens Catering
Lead shift meetings that motivate the team to help get catering and grow sales
Provide support in the restaurant as necessary

Requirements:
Provide valid driver's license, registration and proof of insurance
Be able to provide your Motor Vehicle Record
May be required to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferrably be 21 years of age or older
Good Time Management skills
Ability to work independently
Bring a Positive Attitude to everything you do
Passion for MAD Greens, Passion for Sales
Ownership of work, Detail oriented, Strong organizational skills
High degree of Professionalism and ability to work well under pressure
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and FUN
