 Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred. Insurance Licensed (or willing to be licensed before employment – with costs reimbursed.) Qualifications: •Posses STRONG communication skills; written & verbal in both English & Spanish •Posses STRONG service skills; previous customer service experience. Duties: - Work well both individually and in a team atmosphere - Able to perform other office duties such as: creating/sending/responding to letters/emails, filing, and other general office duties as needed. - Able to follow the procedures & methods established to provide quality customer service. Requirements: •High School/GED required •Some college/technical school preferred •Previous customer interaction experience
Insurance License, preferred, not required to apply. All training and licensing will be provided.
Base salary starting range is $9 - $11 (dependent on experience & Licensing). PLUS: monthly, quarterly and yearly commissions. Position is Part Time 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Background, Credit and Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed. Absolutely no bankruptcy or foreclosure allowed in the last 3 years; absolutely no DUI or Felony convictions – strictly enforced.
