 Wage:  $10.00-$14.00/hour
Hours per week: 25 (PT)/40 (FT)

On-site urine drug screen collections/ breath alcohol testing in accordance with DOT guidelines. Must be willing to travel to DIA.  Essential Duties and Accountabilities:  Understands and follows Part 40 DOT regulations as they relate to urine and alcohol collections, qualifications of collectors, collection sites, forms, equipment and supplies.  Ensures that collection site meets security requirements as outlined by Department of Transportation in 40.43 as applicable.  Maintains collector qualifications and completes refresher training as required by DOT regulations for self and direct reports.  Maintains inventories and ordering of stock for collection process.  Reviews and updates procedural book including individual client protocols.  Addresses issues affecting service to clients.  Provide assistance to account managers on special projects as needed.
