 Prepares graduates for immediate employment with our Home Builder Partners.
 Trainees spend 75% of their time learning hands on.
 Each program utilizes the Home Builder’s Institute (HBI)’s Pre-Apprentice Certificate Training (PACT) curriculum.
 Jobs openings on crews for Framing, Drywall, Concrete and many other residential specialty trades

Every Monday at 3:00pm, young adults who are interested in the construction field can attend our Construction Mondays to learn about earning certifications in this field and gaining hands on experience.

What to expect on Mondays:

·         Overview of training programs

·         Learn what certifications are available

·         Find out what find funding sources can support you while enrolled

Qualified candidates can receive:
 $550 for completing certifications
 Transportation assistance
 Leadership incentives
