Customer Service Representative - Impressive Cleaners - Denver

Impressive Cleaners is currently seeking talented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) as we expand. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and punctuality. We have Full Time & Part Time positions available. This is NOT a temporary position. 

EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately tagged, detailed and entered into the system

* Ensure cleanliness, organization and attractiveness of location's interior

*Ability to clock-in on time

*Provide customers with friendly and courteous service

*Answer phone

*Work as a team with manager and other CSR's 

*Reporting customer service issues to the management 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

*Strong interpersonal, relationship and service abilities 

*Positive attitude, responsive, customer-focused 

*Self-motivated, productive with limited supervision 

*Basic computer skills

*Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt assistance, providing accurate information regarding their orders and questions.

*Ability to work beyond scheduled hours until job is complete

*Team player, willingness to aid other team members
