Job Summary

Each employee plays a specific role in ensuring our success. Valet attendants are responsible for safely parking, retrieving and staging customer vehicles.

Summary of essential job functions
· Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues.
· Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions. 
· Utilize etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions.
· Must be able to neatly and accurately record pick-up information, service requests, customer information and vehicle damage in handwritten form on claim tickets.
· Assist customer with loading/unloading of luggage.
· Drive/handle customer vehicles with the highest level of respect and attention.
· Respect customer privacy and do not handle vehicle contents unless it is necessary or requested.
· Highest levels of integrity and honesty.
· Salesmanship skills are required to help in selling services.
· Maintaining clean and orderly workstations.
· Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures.

Minimum requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills. Must be able to work in team environment.

Physical Demands
Valet attendants work in a very physically demanding environment. Large amounts of walking, standing and lifting are a normal part of the job.
