Retail Guest Services - Denver Zoo

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for providing guest service, consistent with our EXTRAordinary Sales and Service standards. Responsible for efficiently and effectively helping our guest.

General Purpose: Guest service and driving sales

Role Qualifications:

Exhibit EXTRAordinary Sales and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates and management 
Demonstrate the ability efficient and effective front-end operations while adhering to all company programs and procedural compliance
Able to work a flexible schedule include weekends


Position Responsibilities:

Deliver Easy Sales and Service
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of sale
Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns
Provide peer coaching on operational task and reinforce operational standards
Ensure an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area
Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
Perform other related duties as assigned 
Animated to create a fun and inviting environment for all guest to create repeat business as well as deliver an experience

Basic Qualifications:

Customer service experience in a retail selling environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Cashier experience
Barista Experience welcome but not a neccessity
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
Work in outdoor elements at a Kiosk
