Denver Urban Gardens – Construction Volunteer Intern
Denver Urban Gardens builds and supports food-producing community gardens throughout Metro Denver, in addition to providing a host of programs focused on education, food security, and community building. We are seeking a motivated intern with a willingness to work hard, and a sincere interest in development of personal community building skills. The energy and motivation of the staff and intern team is essential to DUG’s success.
Job Description:
The Construction Volunteer Intern will assist in project coordination, construction and maintenance of garden sites and various garden and office tasks.

Initial six month commitment starting October 1st. Potential to develop into permanent staff position, dependent upon grant funding availability. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional evening events and Saturday morning workdays.
