The CELL: Internship

The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and implementation efforts of the Community Awareness Program (CAP). This individual will also assist in the development of ongoing systems to facilitate this program including logistics, communication with instructors, coordination of material delivery, and public promotion.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creation of new CAP implementation program
  • Assist in developing partnerships with community agencies, schools and businesses to encourage enrollment in CAP
  • Assist in developing a roadmap for logistical and event coordination and implementation thereof
  • Assists in coordinating instructor communications and material fulfillment
  • Assist in collecting, implementing, and analyzing data from participant’s work
  • Presents to a variety of different groups to promote awareness and visibility
  • Helps with developing promotional materials – online and print
  • Assists in exhibit tours for CAP participants
  • Assists in the operations of the CAP program, including database management of participants and instructors
