Home Electronics Commissioned Sales (Requisition# 197478BR)

Sears is seeking candidates that are available to work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities for Sales Positions:

Provide highest degree of customer service, including courteously greeting customers, adjusting individual customer attention based on store traffic, suggesting solutions based on customer needs
Generate multiple unit sales
Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS system and online system

Qualifications for Sales Positions:

Excellent selling skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
Ability to receive feedback and take action when needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Previous experience in retail sales is strongly preferred, but not required
Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
